Property Concierge began in 2014 with a simple idea: service should make life easier, not create another problem to solve.

Before starting Property Concierge, Courtney worked with a real estate group and saw firsthand what happened when a contractor canceled, a closing date changed, or a property wasn’t ready when it needed to be. She built Property Concierge to provide something different — dependable service backed by people who understand the importance of the details.

Over the years, that idea has grown into a hospitality-driven cleaning company serving homes, businesses, real estate professionals, and managed properties throughout Northern Colorado.

Today, our philosophy is simple: People Matter. We recruit for a heart of service and a willingness to learn, then provide the training, tools, expectations, systems, and support people need to succeed.
