The waterlily is a flower that has always inspired our mission and vision. Starting in the mud at the bottom of lakes, the flower has to grow through the thick sludge, up through the water to finally make it above the surface. Each flower beautifully displays perseverance as it overcomes massive challenges to survive. The story of a waterlily perfectly represents the start of Property Concierge and our cleaners. We strive to give each of our employees the opportunity to blossom no matter their past lives and backgrounds.
Every woman deserves a chance to be successful, but it’s only possible if we drop our judgment and help. By hiring independent contractors, we teach women to take ownership of their finances and feel empowered by being able to support themselves and their families.
