Property Concierge, LLC is a Fort Collins-based cleaning company. We’ve been serving our community for over seven years. Prior to starting my business, I worked for a real estate group in an administration role. I noticed the disruption and stress it caused the real estate agents when a contractor canceled or a closing date changed. I learned that finding dependable contractors was a true challenge. Being entrepreneurial-minded, I initially launched my business for the purpose of serving Northern Colorado real estate agents; to be one point of contact for multiple cleaning services and provide dependable service by creating an opportunity for employee advancement, and minimizing employee turnover.

I quickly realized that we can do more than serve just realtors and I began to expand my business to anyone who needs help, but I wanted my business to be different and empower women to be financially independent.

We have created a business model that brings awareness of subpar typical cleaner working conditions, inspires clients to support us because of our mission, and provides high-quality services and products for like-minded clients. We create upward mobility opportunities for independent cleaners by giving them the opportunity to build their own business, while also creating a culture of camaraderie not competition.
